Hello my 2 tenants male and female singals are looking for a 3rd person in the 4 bed house.
spread over 3 floors the house is large with large Communal areas, the bedroom up for grabs is a reasonable sized double, very well decorated with a double bed, matress and bedside table. the property has a drive so room for a car if you own one, and also street parking, I have a huge garden with a large decking area, fire pit, tiki bar
My tenants enjoy spending there time relaxing and cooking they are exceptionaly clean and tidy, as you will see In the pictures they are very house proud, they are looking for someone that shares the same necessity for cleanliness.
I own the property and have spend the last 4 years doing the place up but have now moved to New Zealand and am renting the property out whilst continueing to manage maintenance from a distance.
