Self contained studio annexe

We are renting out our studio annexe which will be available from late September 2025. We live in the main house. It’s located 10 mins walk from Gloucester Road or Henleaze shops. Bus stop opposite provides services to Clifton and The Triangle. Other buses are available from Gloucester Road or in Henleaze. On-street parking is available with no need for a permit.

It is self-contained with its own entrance and has an en suite bedroom/living area with kitchen. Lots of natural light!

Kitchen is equipped with a separate fridge and freezer, induction hob, extractor fan and washing machine. This is separated from the bedroom/living area by a sliding door.

Bedroom / living area furnished with double bed (recently replaced with Ottoman bed with storage), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, sofa and coffee table. A desk and chair is also provided.

En suite bathroom has a wet room shower and backlit mirror.

Annexe has under floor heating throughout inc in the tiled bathroom which also has a towel radiator.

All bills included (council tax, tv licence, gas, electric, water, high speed internet) however if you plan to work from home for 3 or more days a week, we would ask for a top up contribution of £50 a month for extra utilities.

No couples or pets - sorry!
