Spacious Double Room – St Werburghs/ near City Farm

This is a lovely, spacious double room on a quiet road in St Werburghs. The room has a double bed, plenty of storage, and a small desk tucked into an alcove.

You’ll have almost exclusive use of a newly renovated bathroom, which is occasionally shared with one other.

The house is a busy but relaxed, lived in family home. I like to keep it clean, welcoming and peaceful. Most of the time it’s just me at home, with my daughter staying during university holidays. We also have a lovely, friendly (and occasionally barking-mad!) dog.

I’m interested in exercise, cinema, art, study and current affairs, and enjoy a home that’s friendly and easy to live in..

I’m looking to share the house with someone who is working or studying full time (sorry, no full-time WFH), easygoing, self-sufficient, and happy to contribute to a peaceful household. We have a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas, so ideally someone who’s relaxed about the odd bit of mess but happy to keep shared spaces tidy and who enjoys a calm atmosphere, particularly in the evenings.

St Werburghs is a great area to live. The Climbing Centre and City Farm are a 2-minute walk away, there are excellent independent shops, cafes and pubs nearby, and Purdown and Eastville Park are close for running or walks.

There’s space to store a bike, and local train stations provide easy links to Clifton and Temple Meads.
