Phoenix Court - Bristol Student Accommodation

Hello! I’m looking for a replacement tenant (Students only) to take over my tenancy with UNITE students at Phoenix Court ASAP as I’ve suffered a bit of an injury and have had to head home for the next few months!

It’s a Premium En-Suite bedroom meaning the room is larger than other standard rooms available here. The room comes with a very wide desk space, chair, small double bed, heating, drawers, cupboard, shelving, a pin board and of course an en-suite bathroom, as well as plenty of storage space underneath the bed. It’s on the 4th floor of the building so you get some privacy whilst also having a pretty decent view. The flat has 2 other boys both of whom are absolutely lovely!

Rent is 863 a month bills included, but paid in 3 instalments. The first has already been paid for, the next is £3,452 due on the 22/01 and the last one is £1,726 due on the 23/04!
Contract ends in July but there is the possibility to extend if needed 👍
