Female roommate required for 2 bed flat

My name is liv, and my current flat mate will be moving out so I am looking for someone to move into her room!

Looking for a female aged 22-35, preferably someone who works similar hours to me (9-5 mon-Fri).

Rent is £625 but with bills comes to around £800 PCM.

You will need to pay a deposit of £750.

The flat is a first foor, 2 bed flat in Lyde Green (BS16). So you’d just be sharing with me!

We have a designated parking space and plenty of visitor spaces so ideal for someone with a car.

There is also a bus stop 2 minute walk away that goes directly to city centre in around 25 minutes.

Is a shared bathroom, and shared living space.

Room is a double room, but is only part-furnished as my flat mate will leave some items behind, (bed frame, desk & chair) but I can get rid of this if you already have furniture.
Theres a large cupboard in the hallway that has a clothes rail in, so can be used as a wardrobe.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished as shown in the photos.

No pets. No smoking in the flat.

Move in date would be 4th of April but the contract needs to be sorted before the beginning on March.
