The room to rent

This is a newly renovated house, in a really peaceful central location with excellent bus routes and free parking outside. It's a really quiet spot right by Netham Park and really close to Church Road (with all the shops, bakeries and bars) and very close to St. George's Park.

The room for rent is a large double room with white painted floorboards and an exposed brick wall. It has a desk and round mirror and a really comfortable new double bed. It has a large built in alcove wardrobe which is deep and wide and includes two hanging rails and a shelf. The room faces west so the afternoon and evening sun make it a super bright lovely space to be in.

The house has excellent Wifi. There is a washing machine and outdoor washing line, and a drying wrack in the house. You will have your own fridge / freezer. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen and a lovely garden where you could store a bike. There is free parking on the street outside too.

I am a graphic designer and I work from home. I have a super old gorgeous fat dog who is very quiet and mellow.

Best suited to a professional who works mostly out of the house, has their own hobbies/social life, and prefers a calm home/early nights or a student / PHD / Masters looking for somewhere peaceful to study.

Flexible on move in - available in August or September. I am ideally looking to rent the room for a minimum of six months.
