The house is a 3 bed, 3 storey town house and is situated in Filwood Park estate, close to the centre of Bristol with all shops, restaurants and bars very close! It’s on a newly finished new build estate and lots more housing being built in the area. Lots of supermarkets close by and Imperial park shopping and Hengrove cinema complex just a short walk away.

There is a big sunny garden and there’s a driveway and lots of road space just outside the front. The bus stops are a 2 min walk away.

The current tenants are aged 22 and 25 and are young professionals. ‘We are both very sociable, enjoy going out and up for a laugh. We enjoy watching TV/ Films, playing sports and board games.’
