Delightful Double Room in Incredibly Central House

A double bedroom at the top of the house. You will have privacy and quiet. We are right at the bottom of St Michael's Hill, so incredibly central. We are particularly close to the BRI and St Michael's Hospital.

The house was built in the 1830's and has loads of historic charm. We have two toilets/ bathrooms (both with waterfall showers), an office, a living room, a full kitchen + washing machine & dryer.

We are looking for a professional or postgrad student who doesn't work predominantly from home. I live at the property with my husband and our 15-year old son. We also have a very calm and friendly ginger cat! We work in theatre and are social people with our family routines. We are looking for someone who is independent and sensitive to our existing rhythms.

The monthly rent includes all bills - there will be no additional costs. Happy to provide bedding/ towels, all kitchen utensils etc and the bedroom is fully furnished.
