Double room in St George - £645

Hello!

We have an upstairs double room with ensuite (toilet and sink) available in our house in St George. The room is really spacious, and comes unfurnished. The rent is £645, all bills included, with an additional £25 a month for a cleaner that comes 2x a month to clean the communal areas.

The house includes a shared lounge/dining area, with a kitchen, bathroom, and an outside garden.

Leah - Hi there, I’m 28 and work as an ecologist for an engineering company here in Bristol. I enjoy bouldering, gyming, live music, reading, board games, and being outdoors in nature. I also play guitar and like singing so you’ll be subject to that too! (I’ll let you decide whether that’s unfortunate or not!).

Ben - Hi I’m Ben I’m 28, working as an ecologist in here in Bristol. I’m very outgoing and social, love music, hiking, travelling, playing squash, horse riding and going to festivals.

The house has a laid-back vibe, we’re both easygoing and looking for someone similar.
