Lodging a beautiful ensuite in Stokes (Bill Incl)

Living/dining room

We are looking for a lodger to fill a room in our beautiful 3 bedroom loft apartment. It's situated in the heart of Stokes Croft, a fantastic location for bars and restaurants and a short walk into town.

We are away for around 3-4 months of the year, so you'll have the place to yourself. All we ask is you look after the place and keep the plants happy while we're gone 🙏

The 3 bedrooms:
1 double ensuite: up for grabs
1 double room: our room
1 double room: office

The Flat:
- New build development
- Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, ninja, dishwasher etc.
- Secure bike storage
- Beautiful big windows, it's always bright and airy in here
- We're on the main road but the top floor and triple-glazed windows keep out a lot of noise.

The room:
🛏️ Double Ensuite, memory foam mattress + ottoman bed with storage. The room also has a wardrobe, bedside table, desk and desk chair. We can also get a chest of drawers for the room.

🗓️ Availability:
The room is available from the 1st of November, our friend has been living with us for the last month but the room will be free from then

👀 Viewings
We are available for in-person viewings only, anytime after 6pm on weekdays, please get in touch for weekend availability ☺️

- Super-fast 1GB broadband
- Netflix
- Monthly professional cleaning of communal spaces and bathrooms

🚘 If you need parking, you can apply for a permit for on-street parking through Bristol Council for around £40 a month.

What we're looking for:
Someone who's tidy and we can trust to look after the place while we're away. We're looking for another professional who enjoys a quiet life. We're usually in bed by 10... so if you're a night owl, this isn't the flat for you.

About us:
Hi 👋 we are Shakira and Luke, we both work remotely for health/ social tech companies based in London. When we're in Bristol we work from the flat, but we're also down in London regularly. We love hiking, climbing, surfing and generally being active and outdoors!
