Double room In St Andrews

We have one furnished room available in our four-bedroom flat in St Andrews from 1st November as our lovely housemate is moving back to France.

This flat is in the perfect location to reach Gloucester Road and Montpelier, including Montpelier station, and is only a 20-minute walk into the town center. Free on-street parking nearby.

We live in the first-floor flat and have access to the back garden, which is shared with the downstairs flat. The room is on the top floor (2 flights of stairs). The rent is £600, and bills are roughly £130 per month.

We are a fun bunch of people aged 27-31 currently who enjoy the occasional pub trip & house meal but equally respect space and boundaries. We work 9-5 hours (two people WFH full time) and have many hobbies between us (climbing, cycling, photography, open water swimming… all very Bristol!) We have a monthly cleaning rota and spilt cleaning supplies.

We are looking for someone down to earth, who loves a natter and pub trip! Our ideal housemate would be in a similar age range (27-35) and work a 9-5 pattern, but we’re willing to be flexible for the right fit! Unfortunately we can’t accommodate students due to council tax.
