Room available in friendly flat share

Hi! We have 1 double room available in our flat share in Kingsdown as our lovely flatmate Athene is leaving us to move back to London. It’s a 15 minute walk to the centre and has a shared living room with a tv and a beautiful view of the city that we all love.

Rent is currently £500 per month but the landlords have said this might increase a little next year. Bills are usually around £100 each and the landlords are quite flexible regarding the contract - it’s usually 6 months to start then rolling depending on what we agree as a flat.

You would be living with myself, Eleanor and Ellie. I currently work with animals and enjoy jogging, yoga, reading and travelling.

Eleanor works in retail and she enjoys gaming and visiting family outside the uk.

Ellie manages a cafe, she enjoys going to the pub with mates, reality tv, cats and going to gigs

We’re definitely not a party house and are looking for someone to fit in with our gentle atmosphere. We occasionally hang out in the living room and watch tv together. We’d like to go to the pub more and would like someone that is up for that occasionally. There is no pressure to be social though and we’re often off doing our own things. We have a nice mix of personalities, some more social and others more introverted. We would prefer another professional but are open to mature students too as long as they are happy to pay council tax.
