Double-Room + Private Bathroom, Bristol centre

I have a double room available in my flat located at St James Barton, directly above the Bear Pit. The location is extremely central, with the bus station and Cabot Circus only a minute away.

The Space:
• Bedroom: A double room with built in desk, large wardrobe and storage.
• Bathroom: You will have your own private bathroom.
• Shared areas: A shared kitchen and a shared living room.
+ Dish washer, washing machine and dryer are included.

I have a robot hoover so you won’t need to hoover shared areas.

Most of the clutter and some of the storage units in the photos will be removed due to my flatmate moving out, if you have some concerns let me know.

The bedroom is currently furnished with a king sized bed and tv unit but if you wish for it to be removed that’s totally fine too.

About me:
I’m a professional engineer. My life is fairly busy, so I value a home that is a calm and relaxing environment. I’m friendly and easy-going but generally keep things quiet during the week.
