I am looking for someone to rent a fully furnished double room in my flat in Redfield. The room is free for you to bring your own style. Stick things to the walls, hammer in picture hooks, add your own furniture. Its up to you!

I am a friendly, sociable person who has lived in Bristol 4 years. I enjoy going to open mic nights, going to gigs, reading, writing and watching panel shows. I am looking for a friendly professional, who preferably does not work from home every day.

It is £680 per month, plus electricity, with a £680 security deposit. The flat has a bright, shared living + kitchen area with a washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. It also has a shared bathroom and is Council Tax Band A.


The building is very welcoming and my neighbours are lovely. Redfield is a fantastic part of Bristol to live in. The flat is a 2-minute walk from an Aldi, a Tesco, a Loaf Bakery, a Grounded Cafe and a Greggs Outlet! There are regular buses (Every ten minutes or so) into the centre of town, or a half-hour walk if your in the mood for some fresh air. There is also a fantastic book shop and a cheese monger (!).

St Georges Park is round the corner and Netham Park 10 minutes away.

The George and Dragon (with its Bristol-famous open mic), The Old Stillage and the Dark Horse are your locals, and The Plough is a 15-minute walk away.
