Looking for roommate to join 3 bed flat

Looking for a 25 - 35 year old professional to replace me in a household with 2 lovely boys. Carlos and Rodrigo are looking for a tidy, kind and easy going person to join this calm and restorative home environment. As much as they love a pint or two - we’re not looking for a party animal, just someone kind, fun and respectful. If this sounds like you then please shoot us a text!

-The bedroom itself is big enough for a double bed but only just. Small(er) size double bed will be left by previous flatmate - more than welcome to keep that as fits nicely.
-It also has access to the back garden via the only back door of the flat. Really nice and breezy on those hot summer days 🌞
-As for the rest of the flat, there is a bathroom shared between 2 (one bedroom has an en-suite) and a spacious shared kitchen and living room area. There is also one car parking space available for the flat. The space will be free when I move out.
