The house is in an excellent position close to all shops, bars, cafes and restaurants plus the beautiful St George’s park is just round the corner.

I am looking for a female professional tenant to join one other female and two males.

A cleaner is provided every two weeks to do all communal spaces. One month rent for the deposit is required.
