Double room off Church Rd

I am looking for a housemate to move in on the 15th July (potential for sooner if needed)It's a big 3 bedroom house but only me living here, in Redfield with a garden 1 mins walk from Church Road. There is a medium size double bedroom on offer that has great light. There is also a small spare room/office. Rent is £670 pcm, deposit £670 placed in deposit protection scheme. Council tax band A. I am looking for a queer/queer-friendly, open-minded and inclusive person. Preferably veggie/vegan. The house has some furnishings such as kitchen table, a few couches, coffee table etc but there is space for you to bring your own if you want. The bedroom on offer is unfurnished. I am mid thirties, a curator at heart but currently working full time in the centre. Enjoy being out with friends as much as i do chilling at home. This isn't a party house but i am always up for a dinner party. Looking for someone like minded who doesn't work from home who is willing to make it their home.
