Student room available now in 4 bed flat near Cheltenham Road for £685 a month!

One of our flatmates has recently decided against another year at uni and we’re looking to have someone take over the tenancy as soon as possible.

It’s a 15-20 minute walk from UOB, has a bus stop to UWE right outside, and is only 5 mins from Montpelier Station.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom containing a shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet and separate shower room. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage and there’s also a living room and patio. Our bills will be around £45 a month, with the water bill included.

We (2 guys, 1 girl) are studying biochemistry, politics, and astrophysics and will be going into our 3rd or 4th years at UOB. We’re looking for someone who is also tidy and sociable. Open to enquiries from all genders and years / levels of study.

You will need to be able to view the flat in person, provide a reference from a current or previous landlord, and attend a contract signing.
