Double room in a 5 bed house share in Eastville

Hello our housemate Maya is moving out and so her room is up for grabs! It’s a double room at the top of the house, it’s on the smaller side but fits a double bed, wardrobe, desk and side table!

The house is a good size with two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, good sized back garden and bike storage with one parking space on the drive, on street parking is available. The house is right next to Purdown and Eastville Park and also close to Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. It’s about a 15 min drive into town or a 30 min bus, we’re also close to Stapleton Road train station.

You’ll be sharing with Alice (social worker, 32), Dre (29, analyst), Annie (27, teacher) and Scott (32, pub manager). We are very sociable and enjoy spending time together in and out of the house, looking for someone to join in but who also has their own things going on. We’re looking for someone to be a friend as well as a housemate and who will contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of the house :)
