Furnished Bedroom in St George

Hi!

I'm looking for a lodger to share my 2-bed house from August or September onward.

The house is a newly renovated Victorian terrace in BS5, right by Dundridge Park and near Troopers Hill. Conham River Park is also short walk away. It's a great spot if you like being outdoors, and it's an easy 10–15 minute cycle down to Temple Meads via the river path. Church Road and Hanham High Street are both quite close by too. I absolutely love being here, its a super quiet and safe area.

The spare bedroom is a really good size (bigger than the photos make out) and there is plenty of room for storage etc. There also a nice patio area to chill on with a coffee & breakfast, and the kitchen & bathroom are brand new too! The photos on here are a bit crap I must add, the house is much nicer in real life I'd say!

The room is ready to move into and comes fully furnished (ill be adding a chest of drawers which you cant see in the photos). I'm more than happy to provide the room as part furnished if this is better. Generally super flexible with this and more than happy to accommodate whatever is best.

I’ve lived in Bristol for around 10 years and absolutely love making the most of everything the city has to offer!

I’m looking for a housemate who is friendly, respectful, and enjoys their own independence. That said, I really value a warm, social home—I'm always up for a catch-up over a coffee, sharing a meal, or relaxing after work. If you're looking for a relaxed, friendly spot to call home, I’d love to hear from you.

I'm initially looking for someone for an initial 3 month stay, with the potential for longer if it's a good fit.
