Short term small double room - St George East

Furnished small double room – St George East | 6-week short-term let

👋 Hey, I’m Harri. I have a small furnished double bedroom available in my lovely home in St George East for a 6-week short-term let, from 1st September to 11th October.

🛏️ The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe area and full length mirror.

🏡 The house itself has lots of downstairs space; a large kitchen with breakfast bar, lovely sitting room, dining room. There’s a large bathroom with bath & shower, downstairs loo, washer/dryer, great-sized garden and street parking.

📍 We’re less than a 5-minute drive from the top of Church Road, close to great pubs, cafes and St George’s Park. The number 42 & 43 bus is a 3 minute walk away and goes straight into town - around 15 minutes to Cabot Circus and 20 minutes to the city centre.

💻 I work for a creative marketing agency and head into the office Monday–Friday. I own the house with my sister, who works away on super yachts. I am currently looking for a full time housemate for a larger room but have this short term let available for 6 weeks.

🍷 I’m pretty laid back and love cooking, eating out in Bristol, crime dramas, a bit of trash TV (no judgement here), Sunday roasts, football and country walks.

📝 I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy, respectful of the house and easy-going. It would be lovely to have a glass of wine together if we’re both home, but equally you’ll have your own space.

💰 Approx. £650 a month.

The room is available 1st September – 11th October, so it could be ideal if you’re between places, relocating to Bristol, or just need somewhere for a short term contract in September/early October.

Females preferred, no pets please.
