House has a bright living room, 2 bathrooms, bike storage, open kitchen diner with fold out doors into a garden. House of 3 other young male professionals (ages 23-27) who are very active and social but sensible during the week as we all work 9-5s. Private Landlady with rent at £787 plus bills (around £150 a month). On street parking is not available to due the number of cars on the permit already being the maximum allowed.
