Small double room in spacious 2-bed BS2 flat

Hey, I'm Adam and I'm looking for someone to take the second room in my 2-bedroom flat.

The room is a bright, compact small double (approx. 2.6m x 2.6m). It's currently unfurnished, but I'm happy to help source a small double bed and storage if needed, or you're welcome to bring your own furniture.

The flat has a really spacious shared living room and a separate kitchen. There's also a desk/workspace and storage in the living area, so there's plenty of space outside the bedroom to work from home or hang out. I'm pretty flexible with the living space too, so happy for you to make it your own and bring some ideas to it.

I'm 28 and work as a software engineer, usually 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Outside of work I'm really into the outdoors and am always up for hiking or camping. I'm also into my music and still enjoy going to events and festivals. I enjoy a trip to the pub and watching the odd football game too.

I do have mates over from time to time and would be more than happy for you to do the same. I'm looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who wants the flat to feel like a home. I'm sociable and happy to hang out, but equally appreciate us both having our own space.
