Room in st pauls

Room for rent in 3 bed house in st pauls as housemates moving in with her boyfriend. If youve seen this already its because new boy had to drop out unfortunately, wasnt to do with us promise!!!

Would be moving in with myself (Isaac) and Tom, we've been mates a while and both like normal stuff going to the pub both do a fair bit of cycling. im a bike mechanic and he does landscaping so both 9-5 losers but also if u need ur bike fixed or u need to borrow a strimmer ur sorted.

We're both out an about a fair bit I do volunteering most weeks as well as getting up to our allotment. We are both quite social in general, go to a fair few gigs and stuff.

I think ideally someone our kind of age mid 20s no couples unfortunately but yeah the preferences go about as far as that, very happy to meet up prior and see if we have much in common.

available from 1st october so asap, as other guy has dropped out

rent is 600 excl bills but its never more than 700 even in winter
