Within walking distance, you can find cafes, buses and Sea Mills train station, parks and the River Avon.

If you drive, there is on-street and driveway parking and the Clifton Downs is a 5 mins drive away, Southmead hospital is 10 minutes away and the city centre is 15 minutes drive.

There is a large Owl graffiti piece in the lounge and a mural of the Goddess Medusa in the back garden.

I am the landlord, I will be travelling over the winter and staying at the house sometimes in an annex and using the common areas.
