I'm renting a room out in my two bed two bathroom flat in central Bristol.

I'm a clean, sociable and career driven person looking for someone on a similar wave length.

My interests include:
Football
Boxing
Table tennis
Live music (mainly house/tech & indie)
Reading

You'll have your own bathroom and a fairly spacious double bedroom. I have moved in recently so I'm still in the process of furnishing it (just a coffee & dining table left to go).

I'm not anal with mess but would like to keep the living areas relatively clean & tidy.

I'm using the allocated parking space but there are options in the area if you have a car.

Water is included in the rental cost. Electric, wifi and council tax is on top (roughly £150 pm).
