Decked rear garden which is a bit of a sun trap this time of year with washing line, table etc. you have access to all rooms bar my room (of course)
House is 3 mins from the numbers 6 and 7 into town, the Bath Bristol cycle path is a 100m away and its about 20-25 minutes to Cabots walking. Parking is on the road and isnt a problem. Happy for you to have guest, just always let me know, there's a third bedroom if anyone wants to stay the odd night. £350 is all inclusive except if you use the land line, rent a film on cable etc. Happy to have a short term lodger or longer if needs
