We are a friendly household of three young professionals, looking for another person to join us at this cosy spacious house.
The house has a furnished lounge / dining area, fully furnished and equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave; all utensils, china, glassware and cutlery provided!), huge back garden with two sitting areas, a fire grill and a shed (to keep your bike, sports equipment, etc.), bathroom with electric shower over the bath, and an attic (should you need to store away any luggage etc).
There’s central heating and Super Fast Broadband throughout the house; an on street parking and a drive space to park.

We are located at BS13 0HR– lovely neighbours, easy commute to the centre (there’re busses 75 and 76, which take around 40-50 min and run regularly – bus stops for both are a 2-5 min walk from us, or there are plenty of direct cycle paths which take around the same time).
We are a short walk away from all local shops and amenities – Bristol Imperial Park (B&M, Argos, Homsense, M&S Foodhall, Everlast Gym, Subway, Costa, hairdressers & beauty salon, etc.) is 15 min walk away, also Morrisons, Iceland, Pharmacy and Doctor’s Surgery are round the corner, and Lidl, Aldi, Home Bargains, another gym and swimming pool are also 15 min walk.
We are a friendly, clean and respectful household, like to have an occasional dinner or game night together, as well as have some quiet time separately but at all times to keep the atmosphere warm and homely at the house, so ideally looking for someone with a similar home ethos ☺
