I am a middle-aged professional looking for a female flatmate to undertake a joint lease on a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in 51.02 Apartments on St James Barton Roundabout for 12 months or more. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has lift access. The building also has a concierge and is located in city centre (opposite the Debenhams) and is about 5 mins walk to the bus station. Bills will be shared equally as this is not included in the rental price of £515. An agency fee will also apply. The lease starts on or around 27th May 2016 and has a minimum term of 12 months. Flatmate must be female and a non-smoker, preferably a professional. The apartment is available to view at evenings but daytime viewings could be arranged.
