I have double rooms in the St Werburghs area available to rent, the room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and draws.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods. We provide utensils/cookware such as saucepans, glasses and cutlery.

A cleaner comes in twice a month.

We also provide cleaning equipment like vacuum cleaners and mops.

The property benefits from a great central location; it is just a 12 minute walk to Cabot Circus, 17 minutes to City Centre and 23 minutes walk to Temple Meads train station, The M32 is just a minutes drive and it links to the M4 and M5 motorway.

If you need a bus its only 2-3 mins walk, there are exceptional links with major stops that run to the city centre and Bristol Bus Station, which is a 20 minute walk away.


All bills are included in the monthly rent amount; council tax, water, electric, gas and high speed broadband Internet.
