The property benefits from a great central location; it is just a 12 minute walk to Cabot Circus, 17 minutes to City Centre and 23 minutes walk to Temple Meads train station, The M32 is just a minutes drive and it links to the M4 and M5 motorway.

If you need a bus its only 2-3 mins walk, there are exceptional links with major stops that run to the city centre and Bristol Bus Station, which is a 20 minute walk away.
