Christian Family House Share

I have a quiet, sunny room available in my family home. All bills and food are included.

We have one lodger already who has been with us for almost two years. She's 28 and an accountant. I work as a family mediator and teach a bit of piano too. I have three children aged 10-14 who are friendly and fun but great at respecting boundaries too. They will talk to you if you are around!

The room that is available is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, storage box and shelves. It overlooks the garden and is very quiet and sunny.

We are all committed Christians and are looking for a lodger who also shares this faith.

The rent includes food! I cook in the evenings (we don't eat masses of meat, but eat lots of fish and veggie dishes) and would appreciate help clearing up afterwards. If you enjoy cooking and would like to cook for everyone, that is fine too. We eat together generally but you can reheat the meal if you're not around when we are eating. Breakfast is a help yourself affair of cereal and toast etc and you can make yourself a simple lunch.

We would really like someone who will join in with family life. We have had lodgers for over 3 years now and the ones that work best are those who join in a bit but also have lives outside of the house. We play lots of board games and have fun together. We would ideally want you to feel part of the family.

So this would suit a Christian professional who is relaxed, likes kids and doesn't want to cook, for whatever reason.

It will not suit someone who would be relying on the buses to Filton. They have proved very unreliable and are the reason our lodger is moving out!
