Studio room in student accommodation available now!!

I'm moving out to go and live with some friends and so my room is up for grabs. The room is a very large studio on the 10th floor with an amazing view of Bristol. Its located on Temple Way so its a 3 minute walk to Cabot Circus, on the border of old market and about 20mins from university of Bristol, 10mins to Screenology Film School and right next to a bus stop for UWE. The room is lovely and spacious. It comes with your own fully equipped kitchen and en suite. It also has a double bed, a desk and chair, a breakfast bar with two chairs and an arm chair, so it really has everything you will need. The walls are really well sound proved so I never hear anything from the neighbours, (who are also really nice). Print Hall itself also has two common rooms with ping pong, tvs and pool tables. It also has an outside courtyard which will be great in the summer and quiet study areas. - The building was only built this year, I am the first person to ever have lived here, so everything is pretty much brand new.

My current contract is £195 a week over 51 weeks. I know that sometimes they do allow the contract to be reduced to 44 weeks, but that would be something you would have to discuss with the staff here.
