Room to Let in Friendly Family Home – Cheswick Village

Single occupants preferred (couples may be considered).
I’m especially looking for someone who would suit weekday lets (Mon–Fri), but I’m happy to be flexible depending on your needs.
Short-term stays are preferred, though longer stays can be discussed. Just one month’s notice is required.

Our home is in a very convenient spot — with a BTP cafe, an Italian pizzeria, Chinese takeaway and Co-op just a minute’s walk away.
Great for MOD, HP or UWE staff/students who need a comfortable base while looking for somewhere permanent.

This is a 2-bedroom apartment (60m² / 645 sq ft).

One double room available to let
Shared bathroom (with bath)
Fully fitted kitchen
Living room with sofa
Parking space + secure bike storage

The master bedroom is occupied by me and my family (I have two lovely children).
