Furnished double room

Our current lodger is moving away, so we are looking for someone to take her place. We are a married couple, both professionals and often work from home.

We like to keep the place clean and tidy and would expect the same from a flat mate (we also have a cleaner who visits once a month). Flat has the usual amenities - fridge/freezer/dishwasher/washing machine.

The flat is a two bed on the top floor of a three storey building between Whiteladies Road and Cotham Hill. Permit parking is available and there’s always a space. Price includes all bills except for parking.

Clifton Down station is a 5 minute walk away.
