Lovely and Bright Double Room in Clifton

Hi I'm Chloe, a 30 year old Zoologist currently working in an office job in the City Centre.

I am looking for a new flatmate to move in at the end of August as my housemate has an amazing new job up north.

Bit about me:
After work you can usually find me at a new-to-me restaurant or on the sofa with a glass of wine or my knitting needles in hand. At the weekends I'll either be in my comfies with a face mask on catching up on life, eating vegan treats somewhere around town, or out walking with Girls Who Walk Bristol (as I'm one of the Ambassadors).

Bit about you:
It would be great to share this home with someone who is like-minded and would be keen to socialise a bit - whether that is eating/cooking dinner at the same time, watching tv, heading to the pub over the road or maybe even going for walks. It is important that you are clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of each other's space :) It is by no means a deal-breaker but if you are veggie/vegan I'd love to share recipes and talk all things food!

The flat:
The flat is lovely, bright and on the top floor (only 2 flights of stairs)! Your room is the largest room in the flat (a large, unfurnished double room) and has a large double window overlooking a little green space/large trees (we have some fox cubs in the area at the moment so love watching them play from our windows!). We have a separate kitchen to living room, 1 bathroom, an airing cupboard and a spare room. There is a bike storage outbuilding and potential for a car parking space.

Location:
On foot we are 6mins for Sainsbury's and Clifton Down Station; 10mins to Clifton Triangle; 10mins to the Downs; 20mins to the Hippodrome and Harbour - so we are a good and easily commutable distance to a little bit of everything.

Rent/Bills:
The rent is £775pp/pm and bills (electric, council tax, water, WiFi etc) are currently ~£180pp/pm at the moment
