Master bedroom w/ en-suite - ginger kitty included

I'm looking for someone to live with me and my little ginger man in my flat in Clifton :)

The bedroom available is south-facing, 4.90m by 4.22m and has dimming ceiling integrated spotlights and hardwood flooring. There is a double bed, large white chest of drawers, large clothes rack, bookshelf and storage drawers. The room has an ensuite with underfloor heating and a rain-shower.

The flat is on the top floor and located on Whiteladies Road. It's minutes away from multiple supermarkets, gyms, cafes, bus stops and a train station. You'll be able to apply for a resident's parking permit within the North Cotham zone.

The living room is also south-facing and I've done it all up myself so no need to get any furniture for that. The kitchen has an induction hob and dishwasher (and all the other things you'd expect in a kitchen). I've decorated the flat a little eccentrically so I'm looking for someone who appreciates that haha - and a cat lover of course! I'm an extremely clean person so looking for someone who's the same.

Little bit about me.. I'm 29, Maltese and have been living in Bristol for over 6 years now. I'm a veterinary nurse so very passionate about animals. I enjoy going to gigs, exploring the city and going out for drinks but equally enjoying relaxing nights in. I also lift weights in my free time. My furry son's name is Lucipurr and I rescued him a little over a year ago. He's very sociable and affectionate so looking for someone that can give him all the love he deserves.

The rent is £850 a month including broadband, gas and electricity. This doesn’t include council tax if you’re a professional which would around £95.

I'm really looking for a friend rather than just someone to live :) Finding the right person is priority for me so the price is a little negotiable. If you're interested kindly message me a little bit about yourself <3
