House is located 2 minutes from Clifton Village and 5 mins walk from the Triangle.
The room is a large double room. The flat has a bathroom, kitchen and dining room that connects to the living room. There is a spare room with a sofa bed and study desk which I work from.
Looking for a sociable flatmate who is also comfortable with having chilled nights in front of the TV. Non-smoker preferred and no pets allowed unfortunately. Preference to people who don't wfh.
I am a laid back person who likes to stay in and relax after work and also stay in shape and go to gym classes. I am very neat and tidy and would like someone who is the same.
I enjoy going out for dinner and socialising.
