Spacious double bedrooms in Cliftonwood

Hello! We have two double rooms available in a great house located 5 minutes walk from Clifton Village and the Harbourside.

The rooms each have a shared bathroom ~ You will share your bathroom with one other housemate. :)

You’d share with working professionals who strive to live in a tidy house. We actively like to make it more of a home.

I'm Millie, I'm moving out of this lovely houseshare as I've just finished studying for my PhD and I am moving away, and I'm looking for someone to fill my room. There is also one additional double room available.

We also have Daniel, an electrical design engineer and fisherman. Alex, a teaching assistant and musician, Jim who loves volleyball and Irish folk, and Enkeleda who works as a research technician and loves to cook!

We enjoy spending evenings relaxing, cooking, watching films and TV, and trips to the pub.

Although we also have our own interests away from the house, we tend to chat about our days over dinner and spend the evenings socialising together. We make great use of our communal areas, including the kitchen and living room.

We’re looking for a sociable, open-minded, and tidy addition to our home. Please no smokers.

All expected appliances are available, including a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer).

The rooms are available on the 1st of November.
Monthly room rate is £600pcm
Deposit is £692.
Bills are split equally, adding up to approx. £90 (all included) / month.
