Double room available on Whiteladies Road

We have a double room available from beginning of October.
The flat is four bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms with a communal lounge and kitchen. The room comes unfurnished. The area is really nice and there are lots of pubs/restaurants and shops walking distance.
There is parking on the streets which is free on the weekends, Permits may be possible for during the week. Bills are just over £120 a month, this could potentially change in the future.
You will be living with 3 girls aged between 29 and 30.
We are ideally looking for someone that is clean and respectful and won't be having loud house parties during the week but we do enjoy a drink on the weekends.
A bit about ourselves.. Emily is a mental health nurse and has lived here for around 3 years, Sophie is a teacher and has lived in the flat for 4 years, Ines works in Tv production and has lived in the flat for around 6 months. We have a great vibe in the house and are friends not just house mates but who also all met through here living together.
