Double room in spacious, friendly Clifton flat!

Hi! We’re Annie, Helen and Mac and we’re looking for someone to fill our spare room from the 20th July 2026.

A little bit about us... Annie is a quantity surveyor and Helen is a medical researcher, both working the standard Mon-Fri 9-5. Mac works at the Everyman cinema (free tickets!) so his schedule varies. We're typically pretty busy throughout the week so like to keep a calm vibe, respect each other's space and schedules, and like to keep the place clean. We do make time to hang out in the evenings and weekends though. We're currently working our way through Ryan Gosling's repertoire - we watch a film every Sunday! We love heading out for a pub quiz, but equally enjoy a night in cooking dinner (usually by Annie) and playing some boardgames.

We're looking for preferably another male to keep the 50/50 balance, aged between 26 and 30 who is friendly and considerate and happy to weigh in with keeping the flat clean and tidy and a nice place to live.

The flat itself is massive and overlooks the downs, is close to Whiteladies Road and Clifton Down station and is generally amazing for the low rent. The room is nice and big, right at the back of the building so super quiet, but the walls are a little thin though so someone relatively quiet would be preferable.

Bills come to about £160 each on top of rent - it’s a little expensive due to the high council tax band (F)!
