Room to let just off Whiteladies Road

Single room (but can fit double bed) available in a 2 bed flat. The room is a box room but the flat is in a great location, just off Whiteladies Road and a 1 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you to the centre in 15 mins or about a 30 minute walk. It’s also about a 15/20 minute walk to Clifton village, and there’s also scooters right outside.

The room will be available on 1 September.

Bills aren’t included, and are about £175 a month. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the place will be furnished.

Rent is currently £550, but my landlord has told me that rent will be increasing to £587.50 shortly after my current flatmate leaves.

A bit about me (who you would be living with!): I’m 26, a solicitor, and I enjoy running, brunch, and a Sunday roast. I do like a trip to the pub but equally love a night in with a takeaway and Netflix.
