Double room in Clifton

I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing professional to share my lovely Clifton flat with. It’s a relaxed and welcoming home, and I’m hoping to find someone who works regular hours outside the home, is clean and considerate, and enjoys a good balance of being sociable while also having their own space :)

Location
The flat is on Pembroke Road in Clifton, in a beautiful building and great location. The flat itself is modern, bright and in great condition. It's a few minutes' walk from Clifton Village, the suspension bridge and Whiteladies Road, with good public transport links making it easy to get into the city centre and around Bristol.


About me
I’m a calisthenics coach - a lot of my work is online and I work from the flat Monday-Friday. Most of my free time is spent socialising, training or adventuring outdoors. I’m extroverted, easygoing and always up for a chat over a coffee or a catch-up after work if we are both around.

Living space
The flat has a spacious, open-plan living room and kitchen which is fully furnished and in great condition. I like keeping the flat clean and tidy, so I'm looking for someone who feels the same.

The room
The room comes furnished with:
* Double bed, duvet and pillows
* Bedside table
* Wardrobe
* Shelves
* Standing lamp

The double bedroom is not huge, but the spacious living area makes up for it. I've also put a storage unit in the living room where you can keep additional belongings. Because of this, the room is best suited to someone who doesn't have a huge amount of stuff to move in.

Bills
Bills are included within reason.

Parking & bikes
There isn't currently any bike storage at the flat.
If you have a car, a second residents' parking permit can be purchased for on-street parking.
