Room available from August 6th.

We have a small double room available in our three bedroom flat at the top of Whiteladies Road. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, bookcase, clothes rail and bedside table. It gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. Rent is £577/month which includes £60 council tax and is due on the 6th. Bills come to approximately £70/month.

About us:
You will be sharing with two lovely housemates: Femke (26), who currently works in marketing for UoB, and enjoys sports, outdoor adventures, and going to DJ events, and Sadie (24) who works with kids who can’t access mainstream education, and enjoys trips to the pub, zipping about the UK visiting friends, kitchen catch-ups, and communal cooking.

We’re looking for a social housemate, who likes hanging out in the large communal living space together and wants to stay for a minimum of 6 months. We ideally want someone who is on a similar 9-5 schedule to us and who doesn’t work remotely full time. We also like to keep our communal space clean and tidy!
