Hi! We are looking for a new housemate to join us in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Clifton, in a great location just off Whiteladies Road.

About the room & flat:

There is a large living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with bath/shower), an additional shower room and toilet upstairs, washing machine, and a shared garden with the flat below.

The bedroom comes unfurnished and has a lovely view out to the garden.

The rest of the flat comes furnished, although any contributions to kitchen utensils would be great!

There is also plenty of permit parking available for a reasonable price, along with storage for bikes.

We are all currently good friends and like hanging out together (watching TV in the evenings & having a natter over a cuppa) as well having our own things going on/ enjoying our own chill time. We'd be keen to keep that dynamic.

The flat also has a really homely vibe, and we all look after it/ keep it clean and tidy.

Our interests are running, going to gigs, baking and pub trips!
