Double room available in a 3 floor, spacious house with 4 double rooms and 2 bathrooms with a communal living room and separate kitchen.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy and treat it like a proper home!

The house is situated on a beautiful road a stones throw away from the Lido and super close to Whiteladies with all the necessary amenities right on our doorstep. There are loads of great places to eat and drink within walking distance and we are only 10 mins walk from Clifton Downs.

We are looking to hold viewings 15th and 16th June.

About the room/house

This light and spacious double room is furnished including: built in closet, bed frame, mattress, chest of draws and mirror.

Rent is £632.50 not including bills, these usually come to around £140, Deposit was around £700 ish if we remember correct.

The tenancy would start on 27th of July.

About us

We are 3 girls who all met on Spareroom and have become friends.

We enjoy watching reality tv as a house, going to food markets together at the weekend. We also spend a fair bit of our time at the lido for a glass of wine or two, or sat in the kitchen cooking and chatting.

We’re hoping to find someone with shared interests who is keen to get involved in our lovely home!

Ella and Ellie both work half in the office and half from home and Charlotte does shift work.
