I am looking to rent out my beautiful large, very attractive, furnished flat just off Whiteladies Road, near Clifton Down station and the Sainsbury’s. It is a lovely flat, with high ceilings, big windows and lots of light, in a fantastic location.

It is a two bed flat, and you will mostly have the whole space to yourself. I am in the Army and will only be back in Bristol using my bedroom on occasional weekends.

The flat comprises of a large living room/dining space, kitchen with seating, one bathroom with a separate shower and bath, a private garden, and permits are available for on-street parking.

I am looking for someone who wants a lovely, comfortable, homely place to live.

About me: I am sporty, I like to keep fit and active, love good food and spend as much time as possible outdoors and with friends.

The flat is available from Saturday 17th October. I would happily consider a Monday-Friday let if it was the right person.
