- I'm Joe, a 35 year old professional and owner of the flat.
- I work a typical 9-5 office job nearby so have a fairly standard routine, I only WFH on Wednesdays.
- I would probably describe myself as more of an introvert but easy going and friendly.
- My main hobbies/interests include running, hiking, live music, learning French, European travel, dining out, specialty coffee.

LOOKING FOR
- A professional male or female, roughly between the ages of 25-40 with vaguely similar work patterns to myself.
- Someone who is clean, tidy and friendly.
