Very close to UOB, ideal for fellow students

This is a quirky but cosy flat in a great location: it's just on Queens road so super close to uni, the triangle clubs, and the centre is easily accessible. Right in front of Sainsbury's as well!
Ideally looking for students going into 2nd year like me, but that's not a nessecity.

If you enjoy music, the arts, languages, puns, theatre, or crosswords then we will get along fine!

I am a music student and I play bass, so you will hear that, but never after around 10pm. If you need complete quiet at all times then this would not be the flat for you, but since we're so close to the uni you can easily study in the library if my playing distracts you. In any case it will always be at a manageable volume.

The bedrooms have large windows that let in a good amount of light. The beds are up on lofts, so it's a very cozy sleeping arrangement.
