Large room in gorgeous friendly house share

I am moving out to get my own flat. So scott and andrew are looking for a new flat mate to join them in our lovely shared house in beautiful Clifton location. I have lived here for 5 years very happy.

We are looking for someone friendly, clean who works outside of the house most of the time. We do are own thing in this house but also open to hanging out and socialising. Scott and andrew are late - mid 30s. They are both easy going respectful and have an interest in going out to music events and enjoying nice food. The best thing about this house is the beautiful garden we have access to. And it is located right near Clifton triangle, so close to lots of fun places but we have a quiet oasis here in our garden.

Gorgeous large room with lots of storage furniture included. Shared bathroom with 1 other.

The bills come to around £170 a month with council tax , gas, electric and internet. We pay council tax separate and pay the rest together.
