My double room in Hotwells will be available on a furnished basis for June and July (or longer if you wanted to take over the contract!)
You’d be living with the lovely Ellie until she moves out of Bristol at the end of July. We keep the flat tidy and clean and generally pretty chill during the week.
The whole building has been refurbished in the last year so the kitchen and bathroom are brand new. The flat is officially unfurnished but the room would be fully furnished and we have a sofa in the living room.
The deposit is 5 weeks rent and with bills the total cost each month comes to around £930
The flat is a 10 minute walk into Clifton village, 25 into the centre and 45 minutes to Temple Meads (busses go direct regularly though!)
